2026 · 24 × 36 in · Acrylic and acrylic resin on canvas

Winter can be beautiful, but it can also feel sharp, dramatic, and unforgiving. In Russia, an intense red background contrasts with the children’s heavy winter clothing, emphasizing the striking feeling of extreme cold. Bold color and bundled figures bring the season’s harshness into a playful, unexpected world. Part of the Snow Birds collection.
