ABOUT MISCHIEF

Never become too grown to wonder.

Mischief is a playful collection inspired by the child within us the curious, imaginative part that can slowly disappear as life becomes more serious.

Inspired by my nephew and the wonderfully unpredictable world of childhood, each painting captures a moment of curiosity, humor, and harmless trouble. The children are placed in surreal situations where ice cream melts, rules are optional, and ordinary objects become part of an adventure.

Instead of painting traditional faces, I use spheres to keep each child’s identity open. They could be me, my nephew, someone you love, or even a younger version of you.

The collection is influenced by the elegance of the 1920s, but its spirit is completely childlike. Mischief is my reminder that growing older does not have to mean losing our wonder, imagination, or ability to play.
